These terms govern purchases and use of oolabodyoil.com, operated by Oola Body Oil in Maine, USA. Placing an order constitutes agreement to these terms.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include shipping ($8.99 flat, US only) or any applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is collected at the time of order by our secure payment processor. Oola Body Oil reserves the right to cancel any order it cannot fulfill; in that event, the charge is reversed in full.
Subscriptions
Choosing Subscribe & Save creates a recurring monthly purchase: your card is charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus $8.99 shipping, once a month, and a fresh bottle ships each time. This continues until cancelled.
- A reminder email is sent before every shipment.
- You can skip a month or cancel entirely from a link in that email, or by emailing support@oolabodyoil.com. Cancelling stops all future charges.
- Cancelling does not affect an order that has already shipped.
Shipping
Shipping is available to US street addresses only; delivery to PO boxes is not available. Orders are packed in 1 to 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days. Tracking information is emailed when an order ships.
About the product
Oola Body Oil is a cosmetic, for external use only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children. Anyone with sensitive skin or allergies should review the ingredient list and patch test first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Except as expressly stated, this website, its content, and the products offered on it are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This section does not affect any rights that applicable law provides and that cannot be disclaimed.
